Inhabitants of Earth have been forever captivated by Mars – inspired by their desire to explore space, Mars Genesis designed an NFT collection to pay tribute to the rotating red circle in the darkness of the universe.

Mars Genesis has divided the Red Planet into 10,000 unique parcels that have been turned into NFTs. The Mars Genesis NFT comes in the form of a digital card and each card has the parcel’s data such as the topography, water data, temperature range, and colony conditions. Each new card minted is generated randomly from the pool of remaining parcels. Prices start at 0.15 ETH and increase progressively to 0.5 ETH for the most expensive cards. For every trade on the Mars Genesis marketplace, the first owner of a card (minter) will receive 4% rewards in perpetuity on all secondary market sales.

The Martians were launched after the Mars Genesis collection and it’s a collection of 10,000 3D extraterrestrial characters. Anyone can mint a Martian and does not need to have a Mars Genesis NFT to do so. As a Martian owner you will get the following graphic pack:

What can you do with your Martians?…

🥊 BATTLE🥊

You will be able to battle other Martians in The Battle of Mars Game. Each Martian is hell bent on domination and has a thirst for war. They are tied to one of 40 crypto-factions, 250 Martians per faction. Your Martian will represent one of these 40 crypto factions:

🏆The premise, who’s crypto will fare better over the duration of a battle? Currently, the champion of these battles leaves with the full spoils of war: the oppositions NFT. These battles, though costly, show not only courage but a fundamental belief in the strength of their faction. Since beginning however, it became apparent that not all Martians were willing to gamble with their freedom. So, how were they to feed their thirst for war? Friendly battles! In friendly battles you will keep your Martian and be rewarded through climbing the leaderboards and winning weekly rewards.

Who is the new team?

Paul Krause: “One” most notably involved in NFT project Billionaire Zombies Club and others.

Mike Spicer: a blockchain and cryptography auditor who has an extensive background in cyber security.

Ryan McDonald: Ryan, formally a centre for the San Diego Chargers, works as an aerospace engineer for SpaceX. Currently heading the dragon project for the SpaceX life support system which will be used for future manned missions into space.

Paul Simpson: An industry leader who has seen success through the building and selling of publicly traded companies along with being the Co-founder of a successful space tech holdings fund.

Matt Huzaineh: The team’s attorney, has an extensive background in corporate law and more recently, securities and crypto investments and has studied law in both the US and Europe.

Adryenn Ashley: Has been involved in the crypto world since 2009 and has been an advocate of the technology ever since. In 2015 she designed her first NFT project. Previously worked with Paul Krause.

Steven Walker: Will be handling merchandise, has vast experience in business and retail and holds degrees from both Stanford and the London School of Economics.

Kwasi Asare: On the executive board of Fast Company, led Bad Boy Entertainments’ digital marketing department, started the digital marketing department at Sony Entertainment and has been brought on, along with Adryenn, to give media exposure to the project. Previously worked with Paul Krause.

Chilly (Thomas or Tad): Partnerships Manager who will be heavily involved in both Twitter and Discord along with managing collaborations with other projects such as Phunky Fungi, Conium and Pudgy Penguins. Not pictured above.
